Standard Terms & Conditions

1. Quotation Validity: This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.[cite: 1]
2. Scope of Work: The scope of work is limited to the items specifically mentioned in the quotation/BOQ. Any additional work or material requested by the client will be charged extra.[cite: 1]
3. Payment Terms: 70% Advance along with Purchase Order. 20% Against Material Delivery. 10% Within 7 days of Successful Installation & Commissioning.[cite: 1]
4. Taxes: GST shall be charged extra as applicable unless specifically mentioned.[cite: 1]
5. Delivery & Completion: Delivery schedules are subject to material availability and client site readiness. Any delay due to site conditions, civil work, power availability, or client instructions shall automatically extend the completion schedule.[cite: 1]
6. Client Responsibilities: The client shall provide uninterrupted access to the work site. Required electrical power, scaffolding, civil openings, false ceiling access, and storage space shall be arranged by the client. Delay due to client-side issues shall not be considered a delay by Abrol Enterprises.[cite: 1]
7. Warranty: Warranty shall be as per the respective OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, water ingress, voltage fluctuations, fire, lightning, rodents, or unauthorized modifications.[cite: 1]
8. Testing & Commissioning: Testing and commissioning shall be carried out after completion of all client-side prerequisites. Final handover will be considered complete after successful demonstration of the installed system.[cite: 1]
9. Variation Orders: Any changes in design, quantity, location, or specifications after order confirmation shall be treated as variation work and billed separately.[cite: 1]
10. Cancellation: Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.[cite: 1]
11. Delay in Payments: Payments not made by the due date may attract interest of 18% per annum until full payment is received. Abrol Enterprises reserves the right to suspend work in case of delayed payments.[cite: 1]
12. Ownership: All supplied materials shall remain the property of Abrol Enterprises until full payment is received.[cite: 1]
13. Force Majeure: Abrol Enterprises shall not be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, transportation delays, war, pandemics, or other events beyond its reasonable control.[cite: 1]
14. Liability: Abrol Enterprises' liability shall be limited to the value of the supplied goods and services under the respective Purchase Order. Consequential or indirect losses shall not be the responsibility of Abrol Enterprises.[cite: 1]
15. Defect Liability: Any defects arising due to workmanship during the warranty period shall be rectified without labour charges, subject to warranty conditions.[cite: 1]
16. Acceptance: Issue of Purchase Order, advance payment, email confirmation, or commencement of work shall constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.[cite: 1]
17. Jurisdiction: All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Chandigarh Courts only.[cite: 1]
