Terms and Conditions
- Validity of Quotation: This quotation is valid for 10 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices and terms may be subject to change after the
validity period.
- Prices: All prices are quoted in INR. Any additional taxes, duties, or levies imposed by statutory authorities will be charged extra as applicable.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
- Delivery / Completion Period: The delivery or completion period will be counted from the date of receipt of the confirmed Purchase Order and advance payment, subject
to the availability of materials and site readiness.
- Cancellation:Once the order is confirmed and work initiated, cancellation is subject to payment for materials procured, labor utilized, and other expenses
incurred up to that point.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of this quotation or subsequent transaction shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Chandigarh courts only.
- Acceptance: Acceptance of this quotation implies acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions.
- Transportation Charges Clause: Transportation charges shall be applicable on a per-trip basis as per the following conditions:
- If all fire extinguishers/cylinders are handed over in a single lot (one-time pickup/delivery), then only one trip charge shall be
applicable.
- However, if the materials are provided in multiple lots / partial quantities, then transportation charges shall be applicable
separately for each trip.
Note:- If any part, material, or component (such as valve assembly, hose, pressure gauge, safety pin, cylinder body, etc.) is found
damaged, defective, or unserviceable during inspection, refilling, or Hydrostatic Pressure Testing (HPT), the
replacement or repair of
such items shall be charged extra on actual basis, with prior approval from the client.
The above-quoted prices are
strictly limited to refilling and HPT services only. No spare parts, accessories, or additional materials
are included in this quotation.
All civil works, electrical connections and power points, core cutting, scaffolding arrangements, and any other materials or works beyond
the above-mentioned scope, including any associated structural alterations or modifications required for execution of the work, shall be
entirely in the
Client’s scope.
